The Eight Bar Ranch is located 10 miles northwest of Burns, off Highway 301, in hunting unit 25. There are four tracts of land that make up approximately 1095 acres. The property joins the White River National Forest and BLM land. Combination elk and deer hunting. Approximate elevations 7700-9400 feet. Timber consists of oak, cedar and aspen. Lodging consists of a completely furnished cabin. For Rifle, we require four (4) hunters per Rifle season, at $3,000 per hunter, with lodging. Cabin GPS coordinates 39.86809, -106.96753. NOTE for Archery only: the Northwest 160-acre tract, aka the Truman Place (GPS coordinates 39.88973, -107.02740), is NOT included and we require 2-4 hunters, at $2,700 per hunter, with lodging.
