The Duncan Ranch is located north of Craig, east of Highway 13, in hunting unit 4. The 684 acre property joins 706 acres of BLM land and other private land. Approximate elevations 7700-8100 feet. Combination elk and deer hunting, but definitely a very good mule deer lease. The property favors mule deer in the early seasons, then elk tend to be moving more in the later seasons. Has a couple of nice ponds and First Creek runs through the property. Lodging consists of great rented cabin one mile from the gate (GPS 40.86602, -107.42191). We require four (4) hunters per season. $3,000 per hunter including lodging for up to seven (7) nights. GPS center of property 40.89667, -107.43225.
