Lease #10 - Raley Ranch $2,500 per hunter (includes lodging)

The Raley Ranch is located southeast of Meeker, off County Road 8, in hunting unit 23. The property joins the White River National Forest and some BLM land. Approximate elevations 7300-8200 feet. At 260 acres private, the place hunts more like 2000 with the easy access to the surrounding national forest. Combination elk and deer hunting (no doe kills). Timber consists of oak, pine, and aspen; has 2 nice ponds (fishing not allowed). The use of ATVs is permitted. Has two nice furnished cabins on the property (one for cooking, one for sleeping up to 6). For archery, we require two (2) hunters at $3,000 per hunter.
