Good elk and deer hunting; also has antelope. Timber consists of oak and aspen. Has irrigated hay meadows. The actual Brinker Creek runs through the property for 2.5 miles and there is excellent fishing in the area. Landowner has a 2024 Can-am 6-seat side-by-side available for rent.
