The JL Ranch is located off Highway 17, just east of Fox Creek, about 36 miles northeast of Chama NM, in Colorado hunting unit 81. The property is surrounded by the Rio Grande National Forest. Approximate elevations 9400-9800 feet. Timber consists of pine, cedar and oak. At approximate 200 acres private, the place hunts more like 500 acres with easy access to the surrounding national forest. Great combination for both elk and deer hunting. Lodging consists of a nice furnished cabin on the property and is included in the price. Amazing wood-fired hot tub on the property.
