Lease #10 - Raley Ranch

The Raley Ranch is located 15 miles southeast of Meeker, off County Road 8, in hunting unit 23. The property joins the White River National Forest and 117 acres of BLM. Approximate elevations 7300-8200 feet. At 260 acres private, the place hunts more like 1000 acres with easy access to the surrounding national forest. Combination of elk and deer hunting. Timber consists of oak, pine, and aspen; it has 2 nice ponds (no fishing allowed). The use of ATVs is permitted. Has two furnished cabins on the property (one for cooking, one for sleeping up to 6). For archery / muzzleloader, we require two (2) hunters at $3,000 per hunter. For rifle, we require four (4) hunters per season at $2,500 per hunter. Prices include lodging. GPS 39.87349, -107.80705
