Lease #1 - G-Five Ranch

The G-Five Ranch is located just southeast of Yampa, off Highway 131, in hunting unit 15. The property joins the Routt National Forest and BLM land. Approximate elevations 7900-9200 feet. Good elk and deer hunting. Property has hay meadows and a creek (which you can fish). Timber consists of oak and aspen. Over 1800 acres private, in addition to gated access to the national forest on the east. Lodging consists of a nice furnished cabin on the property and is included in the price.
